Nomaticals (“we”, “us”), operated by ShereOn Group, provides information about digital-nomad visa programmes. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws.
Data we collect
Account data you provide: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally your name and default passport country. Billing data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we store only a customer reference and subscription status, never your card details. We also keep basic technical logs (such as access times) for security.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, personalise visa results to your passport, process subscriptions, send service emails (such as change notifications you opt into), and meet legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that run the service on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and email delivery — under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and saved countries are removed promptly; limited records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax records for completed payments).
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can change your details or delete your account from your Account page, or contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and optional analytics only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.
