- v2.2
Bring your car and your pet — two new relocation verticals
- New Vehicles tool: find out whether you owe customs at all (often you don't inside the EU), get customs and registration-tax estimates — exact figures where the formula is fixed, like Poland's akcyza and Spain's IEDMT by CO₂ — decode your VIN, and see every deadline, office and step
- New Pets tool: an exact, timed import plan for your cat, dog or other animal — rabies vaccination, titer tests, waiting periods, quarantine, documents and lead time — tailored from your country to your destination
- Car and pet import rules now cover every nomad-visa destination (60+ countries), each linked to its official source, with island quirks flagged (rabies-free Iceland/Mauritius/Fiji, Bali's ban on direct pet entry, and more)
- Two new AI advisors — for cars and for pets — that answer from your actual plan, in your language; while the AI is working you see live status, and if it's ever unavailable you get a friendly hand-off, never a dead error
- Your relocation checklist is now tailored to each country's rules — your income figure, the fee, where to apply, the tax-residency threshold — and you can mark any step 'not applicable' so it no longer counts against your progress
- Your paid relocation report now includes your car's full VIN spec sheet and the exact customs and tax figures
- More registration-tax calculators now return an exact figure — Georgia's engine-displacement excise joins Poland's akcyza and Spain's CO₂ bands — while formulas that change every year stay as clearly-labelled estimates rather than false precision
- You can now remove countries from your tracked list; Pets and Vehicles joined the main menu and the footer, and the homepage now shows — live from the data — how many countries we cover for cars and pets
- The freshness monitor now watches the official vehicle and pet import sources too — when a customs or pet-import page changes, it's flagged for us to re-verify, exactly like visa rules; nothing is auto-published
- v2.1
63 countries verified, a report worth reading, and self-serve tools
- Every visa in the database is now human-verified against its official source - 63 programmes, with the non-existent ones honestly removed
- Four new routes added and verified: El Salvador, Kenya (Class N), New Zealand remote-work, and France's Profession Liberale
- The freshness monitor now watches 46 programmes across their real deep links (up from 12) and only proposes changes you approve
- The relocation report is a real dossier now - your eligibility verdict, every hand-checked watch-out, your numbers, official links and alternatives - for EUR 9
- New Premium translator: paste text or upload a PDF, photo or scan and get a clean translation (DeepL + AI)
- The document checker now reads photos and scans, not just text PDFs
- Application concierge: upload your whole document package after checkout; we review it, with an optional licensed-expert handoff
- Order emails now send reliably through Resend, and both you and our team are notified when something is purchased
- v2.0
Partner services, Genki & a monitor that doesn't blink
- New Nomad Services hub — hand-picked partners for health insurance, eSIM, money transfer and banking, with honest disclosure of how we're paid
- Genki joins as a health-insurance partner, built for long-stay nomads and accepted by most visa authorities
- The freshness monitor now follows a country across up to three official domains, so a moved or renamed page no longer looks like a change
- Pages that block datacenter traffic (Portugal's AIMA among them) are now read through a real browser, so their rules stay tracked
- Fixed a source mix-up that let Thailand's LTR rules leak into the DTV programme and inflate its income requirement
- The admin review queue is finally usable on a phone — no more sideways scrolling
- Weekly digest emails now link to a Change Log that actually opens
- v1.9
Nomad News & the weekly digest
- Nomad News — visa and relocation stories from around the world, in one feed
- A weekly digest by email: verified rule changes in the countries you track, plus the week in nomad news
- Track any country in one tap and get told when its rules actually move
- Manage every email from your account settings — one switch, no dark patterns
- v1.8
The Android app
- Nomaticals is now a native Android app — your visa research travels with you
- Native Google sign-in inside the app, with accounts linked by email
- Push notifications for rule changes in your tracked countries
- Every page rebuilt to fit a phone screen properly
- v1.7
Experts, orders & refunds
- Expert marketplace — vetted immigration lawyers and relocation advisers, by country
- Book a consultation and pay securely; your order lives in your dashboard
- Honest reviews from people who actually paid for the service
- Request a refund from your account — 24-hour refunds are automatic, later requests are reviewed by a human
- v1.6
The public API
- A public v1 API over the visa database, for anyone building on top of it
- Issue and revoke your own API keys from the account area
- Usage analytics so you can see what your key is actually doing
- v1.5
AI document checker & the paperwork
- AI document checker — upload a bank statement, contract or passport scan and get told what's missing before the consulate does
- Reads PDF, Word and photographed documents (OCR), so a phone snapshot is enough
- Official document library — the real forms, per country, in one place
- Application templates you can fill in and export
- Download your relocation plan as a PDF you can hand to a lawyer
- v1.4
Your relocation, tracked
- Relocation dashboard — every step from research to residence permit, with what's done and what's next
- Readiness check — how close you actually are to qualifying, right now
- Reminder centre so a deadline never surprises you
- AI assistant that answers visa questions using our verified data, not guesswork
- v1.3
Plans & billing
- Three clear tiers, with real Free → Premium feature gating
- Stripe subscriptions, invoices and a proper billing portal
- Referrals — bring a friend, both of you get something back
- Feature flags behind everything, so a feature can ship dark and go live when it's ready
- v1.2
The freshness monitor
- A monitor that watches official government pages and proposes changes into a review queue
- Nothing publishes itself — every change is approved by a human before it goes live
- Public Change Log: every rule change, with the official source quoted next to it
- Runs on its own server against a local model, so the data never leaves our infrastructure
- That human gate is the whole meaning of the “Verified” stamp
- v1.1
Compare, qualify, calculate
- Compare countries side by side — income, duration, tax, cost of living, in one table
- Eligibility checker: answer a few questions, see which visas you actually qualify for
- Income calculator that does the currency and threshold maths for you
- Cost-of-living and rent figures on every country page
- v1.0
First stamp
- The nomad-visa database — every programme, with income, duration, tax and renewal rules
- Filter the whole world by your passport, because the rules differ depending on it
- Brand, passport-inspired design system and hand-made logo
- Nine languages from day one
- Live on its own server, behind a firewall we control
