By using Nomaticals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Nomaticals aggregates and monitors publicly available information about digital-nomad visa programmes. We work to keep figures current and source-linked, but immigration rules change and may contain errors or omissions. Information here is not legal or immigration advice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional before acting.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, your Premium access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it simply does not renew.

Refund policy

24-hour full refund. If you request a refund within 24 hours of a payment, we will refund that payment in full and cancel your Premium access immediately. Within this window the refund is processed automatically when you request it from your Account page.

After 24 hours. Outside the 24-hour window, refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion. You may still submit a refund request from your Account page; we review each request individually and will email you with a decision. Where a request is approved, we refund the most recent payment to your original payment method and cancel Premium.

How to request. Use the “Request a refund” button on your Account page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on information on the site, or for indirect or consequential losses.
