Nomaticals is operated by Shereon Group OÜ (Estonia). By using Nomaticals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Nomaticals aggregates and monitors publicly available information about digital-nomad visa programmes. We work to keep figures current and source-linked, but immigration rules change and may contain errors or omissions. Information here is not legal or immigration advice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional before acting.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans and one-time digital purchases are billed through our payment partners. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, your Premium access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for; it simply does not renew.

Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for purchases processed through Paddle. Other orders may be processed by Stripe; in that case Stripe processes the payment on our behalf and refunds follow this site’s Refund Policy.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a payment. See our full Refund Policy for how to request a refund and how refunds are issued.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on information on the site, or for indirect or consequential losses.
